Shipping Methods and Rates
You have the ability to ship directly to your customer. During the secure checkout
process, you can check the "Drop Ship" box on the order form. A drop shipment
will not display XSDepot.com in any way. However, we will list our address as the
return address for the shipment, with the title "Fulfillment Operations."
to see a sample shipping label. We will include a "Packing Slip" without
pricing, addressed from your company to your customer in your customers package.
to see a sample PDF file. If you have any special instructions regarding your order,
please place them in the "Special Instructions" field on the order form.
A PDF file of your invoice will be sent to you via e-mail. Please note: there is
a minimal drop ship fee that will be automatically added to your order once you
select the "Drop Ship" check box.

* Please note that certain items may incur additional shipping charges due to the weight, value and/or dimensions of those items. XSDepot.com automatically calculates and displays shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping cart.
Datafeed Customers: Your datafeeds will display the actual shipping charges for ONE item only. The base rate shown above only applies to the first item in an order.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to drop ship to international addresses, APO's, and FPO's. OEM and/or Academic products are not available as part of our drop shipping service.
Any address corrections made in transit or after shipment has occured will be invoiced a $6.00 fee, or $10.00 for Air shipments.
Total Time for Delivery: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to receive payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time for the shipping service you select. This can range from 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items.
Order Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
IMPORTANT: Our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Holiday and weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date. Most in-stock items usually ship within 1 - 2 business days after the order has been processed. See Order Processing for additional information. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.
Un-Deliverable Mail Notice: If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we will charge the shipping fee for re-sending the package. If we typed the wrong address, we will re-ship the order without any additional fees. If an order is returned to us undelivered, we will reship the order as long as the original shipping cost is paid again. We will notify you via e-mail and you must confirm the shipping address. We can upgrade the shipping to a faster service for an additional charge, however it may take up to 2 business days to process your shipment. If the order is undeliverable or you choose not to reship your order, it will be returned to stock and a credit will be applied to your account, less a 15% restocking fee, and less any additional carrier charges.
Oversize and Overweight Items - TVs: DVD Players; Notebook Bags, etc.; and overweight/oversize products may not ship using the rates listed above. A Customer Service Representative will call/email you with the actual shipping charge for the shipment. The charges will be based on the weight and size of the package plus the method of shipping selected. Because product weights, dimensions and/or value vary greatly, we are unable to offer pre-calculated shipping charges at this time. Instead, we will calculate shipping charges based on actual carrier rates depending on order weight and value.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped via the best
method available depending on the weight, value, contents, and delivery location.
The Budget Shipping Methods include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS
Media Mail, UPS Mail Innovations and/or UPS/Fedex Ground.
Please Note: If there are any restrictions regarding the shipping method to the shipping address you have given, please insert your comments in the Special Instructions box provided on the order page. All orders shipping via USPS must include a valid postal address. Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $200.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Items may be shipped by a variety
of carriers, including UPS/FedEx Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail. Signature upon

Hawaii Residents Using Expedited Shipping - Please Note: Due to the various shipping options that may be used - Please allow up to 10 days for your delivery.

Air Shipping Guarantee
The guarantee does not apply to Air shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond
a carrier's control, including but not limited to, the following: the unavailability
or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of
public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of
Customs or similar authorities; insufficient information provided by a customer;
the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise
applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil
unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; and natural disasters.
Second Day Air shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii are guaranteed to arrive within 2 to 3 Business Days once the order has shipped, subject to the shipping guarantee above.

Order Processing Time
Our Customer Service Staff will review your order to ensure that
it is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this
payment method. In an effort to protect our customers from credit card fraud, XSDepot.com
requires the "bill to" address to match the billing address of your credit
card. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 2 business days (depending
on the information you have provided). Further, for security reasons voice confirmation
may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. Once your order
has passed Customer Service review, it is sent to the warehouse for shipment. If
the item(s) on your order are in stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from
our main warehouse in LaGrange, Ohio. In the event that our LaGrange warehouse is
unable to ship the title you purchased, we have a network of suppliers throughout
the United States which can drop ship items to you directly. Therefore you may receive
more than one shipment for each order.
