A copy of your invoice will be sent to you via email. Please Note: There is a $1.99 drop ship charge that we will add to your order. Limited Warranty: All items sold by XSDepot.com are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the invoice date. The defective item may be replaced only pursuant to the terms in the Information Center of this site. The simplest way to discover if we carry any particular CD-ROM is to search for it. If you don't find it in your search, we don't currently have it in stock. XSDepot.com is updated daily. Backordered items will be canceled from your order unless otherwise specified at the time of your order. The in-stock item(s) will ship separately. You will not be charged for the backorder title until it is ready to ship. Upon the availability of the backorder title, it will be shipped to you via the original shipping method requested and you will be charged for applicable shipping charges, duties and taxes, and surcharges (if applicable) on all backorder titles. All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Please note, XSDepot.com doesn't offer price protection. Due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date. Unless stated, prices do not include shipping and applicable sales taxes. Product quantities may be limited. Some items may have a limit on the number of units that can be purchased per order. List price refers to manufacturer's original suggested retail price and may be different than the actual selling prices in your area. Shopping cart contents are price protected for 2 hours from the time they are added to the shopping cart. XSDepot.com reserves the right to remove any item from your shopping cart after 14 days and/or while supplies last for that item. Order Processing: You may track the Status of your order by going to our Order Status Page. Orders received before 12 pm ET on a business day will be processed that same day. Orders received after 12 pm ET on a business day will be processed the following business day. We will attempt to ship all packages up to 3 pm ET, but we can not guarantee shipping . Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the following business day. Order Acceptance Policy: Receiving an electronic or another type of order confirmation does not mean that XSDepot.com has accepted your order, nor does it signify confirmation of our offer to sell the item(s). XSDepot.com reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. XSDepot.com reserves the right at any time after receiving your order, without providing prior notice to you, to provide or supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. This includes but is not limited to purchase inactivity within a six month timeframe. Return Policy: All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. If your title is defective, contact our technical support department (within 30 days of the invoice date) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. XSDepot.com will gladly and promptly replace any product where the media proves to be defective with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with all original packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a media defective item for replacement. Returns for stock adjustment purposes will not be accepted. Please Note: The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, XSDepot.com will not process the return. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method they selected, XSDepot.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return. International Order Returns: The Customer will be responsible for return freight, Taxes, Duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to returning the product(s) to XSDepot.com. Please note, XSDepot.com doesn't offer price protection. Due to the nature of our business, the price you pay today may be different at a later date. Shipping Charges: All customers must pay for Shipping & Handling (S&H). Charges are based on the weight and size of the package plus the method of shipping selected. Because product weights, dimensions and/or value vary greatly, we are unable to offer pre-calculated shipping charges at this time. Instead, XSDepot.com calculates shipping charges based on actual carrier rates depending on order weight and value. Please Note: Upon request, we will contact you with shipping charges before we process your payment. This may delay your order if we do not receive a timely response. To expedite your order, please do NOT click on the "Contact Me about Shipping" box on the order form. Budget Shipping: Budget Shipping orders are subject to a minimum charge of $. If the S&H exceeds $, the charge will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping charges. Please allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped via the best method available depending on the weight, value, and delivery location. Budget Shipping orders may ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Mail Innovations, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Expedited Shipping: Expedited Shipping orders are subject to a minimum charge of $. If the S&H exceeds $, the charge will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Most orders will ship UPS Ground, however orders shipping to areas where UPS Ground is unavailable will be automatically shipped USPS Priority Mail at the Expedited Shipping cost. Air Shipping: Air Shipping orders are not subject to minimum charges. Instead, the shipping charge is based on the posted rates, published by the carrier. Orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx, whichever is cheaper. All Air orders must contain a physical address. We are unable to ship UPS/FedEx to post office boxes and APO addresses. International Shipping: International orders are not subject to minimum charges. Instead, the shipping charge is based on the posted rates, published by the carrier. Orders may be shipped UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Express, FedEx International Priority, FedEx Economy, or USPS Express Mail. Most orders with a physical address will be shipped UPS or FedEx. Most orders without a physical address will ship USPS Express Mail. Total Time for Delivery: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to receive payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time for the shipping service you select. This can range from 1 to 2 business days for in-stock items. Order Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time IMPORTANT: Our warehouse does not process orders on weekends or holidays, nor are deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
