Thank you for your interest in becoming a Reseller with XSDepot.com.
XSDepot.com only sells/distributes products at wholesale pricing to companies with a valid Reseller/Business License selling computer hardware, peripherals, and/or software (subject to approval by XSDepot.com). We do not sell products at wholesale prices to end users.
If you would like to become a reseller with XSDepot.com, you must complete the On-line Reseller Application along with faxing your Reseller/Business License to us if you plan to resell our products.
If you do not have a Reseller/Business License, you can click here for a list of business resources by state.
You agree that the pricing provided to you is strictly confidential and you agree not to disclose our pricing to end users or other vendors.
You agree that shipping/freight charges are not included in the pricing and they will be added to your order.
If a shipment is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. XSDepot.com also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (which we also may choose to waive).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a defective item for replacement. Returns for stock adjustment purposes will not be accepted. No returns are allowed after 14 days after receipt.
You agree to hold XSDepot.com harmless for any misinformation, omissions, or problems with our Web site. In no event shall XSDepot.com, its officers, directors, employees and/or other representatives be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, consequential, punitive, and/or incidental damages related to the products sold.
XSDepot.com reserves the right to decline your application for any reason, without providing notice to you. XSDepot.com may require additional information, verification and/or authorization prior to processing or accepting your application.
XSDepot.com also reserves the right to terminate an active reseller, at any time, for any reason, without notification. This includes but is not limited to purchase inactivity within a six month timeframe.
Upon approval to become a reseller with XSDepot.com, you will receive an e-mail highlighting our offers, policies, and terms along with the Reseller Log-on Instructions. Your initial order must be for a minimum of $350.00 (excluding the shipping cost).
You understand that XSDepot.com can change these terms and conditions at any time without any notification.
Before you place your first order you must read and agree to our policies posted in our reseller information center.
You agree that any legal action against XSDepot.com must be brought in the courts for Lorain County, Ohio. Ohio law shall govern all legal action without regard to any conflicts of laws provisions.
