  1. I am unable to log in to your new site.
    We have made several changes to the new site, including additional security measures. As a result, you will be required to change your password the first time you log in. To do this, please click the following link, submit your email address, and follow the instructions in the email that will follow.

  2. I cannot access the CSV or XML file.
    With the launch of the new site, many link locations have changed. Please visit our Data Feed page to obtain the new links to these files.

  3. What are some of the new changes/features on the new site?

  4. There is a feature/function on the old site that is no longer available.

    Please be as detailed as possible and we will review with our design team. We may be able to direct you to another portion of the site, or add your request to our list of items to be reviewed for future site updates.

    We are a full-service wholesale distributor of software, computer accessories, peripherals, console games, and small electronics, and we are based in Ohio.

  7. Is XSDepot's website user-friendly?
    Yes! XSDepot.com has many features to enhance your shopping experience that you will not find anywhere else. Quantity price discounts are clearly offered throughout the site, and your pricing is automatically calculated for you when you adjust your quantity. There is a Saved Lists feature which allows you to save multiple lists of products for easy organization of your purchases for different customers, selling platforms, or categories of product. You can refine your search for items using multiple parameters including: Category, Price, Platform, etc. Also, your Order Management is streamlined in the "My Account" section, allowing you to view and download your entire order history.
  8. How long have you been in business?
    Our Parent Company was established in 1987 and began marketing on the Internet in 1995.
  9. What types of Products do you offer?
    XSDepot stocks a large selection of software products, computer accessories, electronics, and peripherals along with console games and accessories, and miscellaneous technology items.. If you are looking for something we don't have on our Web site, please contact your account representative. We may be able to get it for you at competitive pricing.
  10. How do I become a reseller?

    You should be contacted with either a login or a request for additional information within a week.

    Please Note: Your Reseller Application must have all fields completed as requested on the form. Also, we will be unable to process your Credit Card Authorization Form if it is not signed, does not include a credit limit, or has any of the requested fields left blank.

    We also require a copy of your valid Reseller's License/Certificate via fax. We will not be able to process your application if the expiration date on your Reseller License/Certificate is expired or is no longer valid within the State you are conducting business.

    Once the required information is received, reviewed, and approved, an e-mail will be sent to you by within approximately two business days with the reseller log-on information.
  11. I don't have a business. Can I buy from XSDepot?
    XSDepot is only for resellers. You must have a business to resell the products. You will be asked to provide verification of your business on the application.
  12. I'm thinking about becoming a reseller. Can I preview prices?
    Only Authorized Users in our system can view pricing.
  13. Is your pricing always the same?
    We buy our products from a number of different suppliers and the prices do fluctuate. We constantly strive to provide the most competitive pricing for our Resellers. By maximizing our buying power through our industry sources, we are able to pass the savings on to our Resellers, enabling you to sell goods at a profit. The price may vary based on what we purchased the products for at that time.
  14. Is your inventory always the same?
    Although many products in our line are consistently available, the inventory changes constantly based on product availability, pricing, and demand. Registered resellers receive detailed daily updates alerting status changes, including "Back in Stock", "Sold Out", "Low Supplies", "Price Reduced", and "Coming Soon".
  15. Do you offer volume discounts?
    Yes. On our site, prices are displayed in multiple levels for most products based on quantity, and the quantities required for each price level are clearly displayed. In addition, you will receive promotional discount offers by email.
  16. What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Wire Transfers, and Money Orders drawn on a U.S. Bank. International customers may only use American Express, a Wire Transfer, or Money Order. Your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.
  17. Do you offer Net Terms?
    In order to remain competitive, XSDepot does not offer net terms as a form of payment. This avoids passing on the added expenses of collections, accounting, and product loss to our valued customers.
  18. Do you drop-ship orders?
    Yes, we do provide "blind" drop-ship fulfillment.  

    Your customer receives the order as if it were from you, and you receive the invoice for your records. Your sales representative will be able to assist you with any drop-ship questions you may have as each company's needs may differ.

  19. Is there a minimum purchase amount?
    There is a $350.00 minimum purchase on your first stock order. After your first stock order there is no minimum purchase amount per order. In order to pass along our savings to our resellers, we do review the account status to insure that our resellers are purchasing at a reseller level vs. at a retail level.
  20. Why do you have a "first purchase" minimum?
    The first time minimum requirement is to protect our resellers against unscrupulous individuals who may plan to sign-up as a reseller in order to get wholesale pricing for individual use. Please contact a service representative for additional details.
  21. If I am strictly doing drop-ship orders, do I need to place a $350.00 minimum order the first time?
    No. The minimum first order requirement is for stock orders only.
  22. How are the items packaged?
    Packaging categories include "Box", "Jewel Case", "Sleeve", "Flat Pack", "Spindle", and "OEM". Each item description includes packaging type on our Web site. You can view a full explanation by clicking on the word 'Packaging' on the description page.
  23. What shipping carriers do you use?
    Carriers include but not limited to: UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL
  24. How much do you charge for shipping?
    Stock orders are pulled, packed, weighed and measured and then calculated for shipping cost using our state of the art shipping software. Quotes for UPS and USPS are checked, and the lower cost option is selected. Dropship orders are fixed rate. Each item in inventory is assigned a dropship shipping charge. There is a discount in place for multiple item orders. Please contact your account representative for more information.
  25. Can I request expedited shipping?
    Yes, you are able to specify non-standard (Next Day, Two Day, etc) shipping at an additional cost.
  26. Do you ship internationally?
    We have Reseller customers throughout the world, and we are happy to ship stock orders directly to our international resellers. Please note that at this time we only provide drop-ship fulfillment to end users in the USA and Canada. Please also review payment methods for international orders as they vary from the payment methods within the United States.
  27. What if an item I ordered is not in stock?
    Your stock order will still be processed and shipped with all items in stock. Any out of stock items will not be included. You can request that we backorder an item and ship it to you when and if it becomes available. You can also let us know if you prefer to cancel any titles not available vs. having them backordered.
  28. What is your return policy?
    We accept returns on defective merchandise only. To view detailed information regarding policies and procedures, please visit our Web Site where you will find the information within the Help Center section. Please note that we do not do stock balance returns if you are unable to sell a product, or if your customer no longer wants you to process their order.
  29. What are .csv files?
    CSV is an acronym for "Comma Separated Values." This file format is opened in a number of spreadsheet programs and some word processing programs as well. This file format allows for easy transfer of data from one site to another.
  30. What are XML feeds?
    XML is an acronym for "Extensible Markup Language." It is a language that supports real time transfer of information from one site to another.
  31. How do I login?
    The e-mail address you provided when you first registered is your User ID. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password", and it will be mailed to the registered e-mail address. If you were approved to be a reseller, you may also refer to the initial e-mail that was sent to you upon registration.
  32. Why do I have to enable "cookies"?
    The XSDepot.com Web site requires the use of cookies to store items in the shopping cart. To be able to shop with us online, we ask that you accept a cookie. For additional information about cookies, please click here.
  33. What if I change my e-mail address?
    Please contact your sales representative or the Customer Care Department by e-mail, from the "new" address, providing your name, Company name, and previous e-mail address information.
  34. How do I know I placed my order successfully?
    E-mail confirmations are sent out immediately upon completion of your order. Please allow time for your mail server to release the confirmation e-mail to your account.
  35. What if I have a question, or need extra assistance?
    Each Reseller is assigned a personal sales representative. It is the representative's responsibility to ensure that your customer experience is professional, productive, and pleasant.
  36. How do I contact my representative?
    You will be contacted by your representative after you register and have been approved as a reseller. At that time you will be provided a direct number to call and a direct e-mail address.
